The Mental Health Foundation of NZ is so impressed with the Reach Out artwork that they have asked to use the image for their Mental Health Awareness Week campaign.
Reach Out will be used on their promotional posters and fliers which will be distributed nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for the NZ Art Guild and its Artists to further help promote Mental Health awareness which was the inspiration for this project.
Mental Health Awareness Week runs from Monday 6th - Sunday 12th October 2008
The theme for this year's campaign is:
Make your mark for Mental Health
“What’s your global handprint?”
“What’s your global handprint?”
‘Ko te tutukitanga, ka totoro, ka kawe ke, ka hakatau te manawanui’
The achievement is reaching out, bringing change, and established confidence.
