NZ Art Guild Challenge # 28

Every fortnight a challenge is issued to our guild members and also to members of our Facebook Fanpage

These challenges are completely voluntary. Submissions must be original and be completed during the 2 week time-frame. Participants may choose to interpret the theme in any way they wish.

For this challenge artists were asked to create a work of art inspired by the 1970's

WINNER - PEOPLE'S CHOICE:

Sharlene Schmidt - "Groovy baby"

WINNER - MOST CREATIVE:

Stan Blanch - "The 1970s witnessed an explosion in the understanding of solid-state physics, driven by the development of the integrated circuit, and the laser. Stephen Hawking developed his theories of BLACK HOLES and the boundary-condition of the universe at this period"
